Alaina M. Finan

Principal Attorney

Alaina is the principal attorney for the Law Office of Alaina M. Finan. Alaina is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and achieved her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. She is also a graduate of SUNY Oswego, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Alaina is an experienced trial attorney and litigator with prior experience involving the handling of criminal matters as both a prosecutor and c riminal defense attorney, handling family court matters, handling real estate closings, and working as a municipal lawyer.

Alaina handles cases throughout New York State from the Finger Lakes Region to the Capital District to the Adirondacks.

It is Alaina’s philosophy in practicing law that her job is to help people. Whether it is advocating for you during the worst time of your life while facing criminal charges, fighting for your rights in family court, or helping you navigate a real estate transaction, Alaina will work to review and evaluate your case, review any evidence or documentation, and then work to make sure your rights are fought for, that you have someone zealously advocating for you and that you understand what is taking place every step of the way.
